No, we are not a traditional call center. We are an upscale work-from-home employment service that provides remote job opportunities. Our goal is not only to get you employed but also to help you build passive income and long-term wealth.

Our services are completely free of charge. However, there are fees associated with filing with state and federal agencies, such as tax and criminal background checks. These fees range from $30 to $43 depending on your state. We are unable to cover these fees due to state regulations, but we will reimburse you for these expenses on your second full-service paycheck.

• Training Pay: All positions start at $10.00 per hour during training.
• Part-Time Positions: Start at $15.00 per hour.
• Full-Time Positions: Start at $20.00 per hour.

Please note that pay is contingent on meeting all job requirements and metrics. Failure to meet these requirements may result in delayed payment until all criteria are satisfied. There are no exceptions.

• Work Standards: You must complete all aspects of your position fully to receive payment.
• Termination: Not adhering to guidelines or standards will result in immediate termination and a fine of up to $1,500 for employee replacement and associated costs.
• Notice Period: You are required to give a 2-week notice if you plan to resign. Failure to do so may result in a fine of $1,500 and forfeiture of any outstanding payments.

• Yes, we offer fully-equipped workstations with the required software. Equipment is available for purchase with three payment options, and it is yours to keep.

• Agents are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. If payday falls on a weekend, payments may be delayed until the next business day, depending on your bank. We offer same-day pay or advanced pay programs for those who meet their performance metrics and requirements.

• Training is conducted online, and you must not miss any scheduled training days. You will be able to choose from available training schedules during registration.

Yes, after a 90-day probation period, you become eligible for various benefits, including:

• Pay increases
• Pay advances and loans
• Employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and more

We have a strict policy for non-compliance with guidelines. Failure to adhere to company standards will result in immediate termination.

Refer a friend, and once they complete 30 hours of service, you will receive a $100 referral bonus.
